Paul MacDonald
PMDGroup.ca is owned and operated by Paul MacDonald. A seasoned consulting professional, Paul founded the Factory Appliance Service in Toronto, Canada, in 1983.
He started his independent service business with just one technician and gradually expanded to 38 technicians and 75 employees at the height of his career. He eventually sold his company in 2006 a Canadian utility company.

Participation in the UASA Trade Association
Paul joined United Appliance Servicers Association in 1998 and served as president between 2001 and 2006 going on to become Executive Director until 2016. He learned innovative business growth strategies and techniques through his participation in the UASA Trade Association.

Paul currently serves as an expert consultant for several service companies and retailers who seek his advice to improve their service operations and maximize profit potential. He continues to work with the UASA and Brand Source in conventions, summits, and the Appliance Service Training Institute (ASTI) programs.
