As Executive Director of the United Appliance Servicers Association, I met many entrepreneurs just starting their service businesses who didn't know where to turn for help. The Appliance Service Training Institute ASTI is the best resource for growing an appliance service business. 

The Paul MacDonald ASTI Scholarship was established in 2017 to help new entrepreneurs in the appliance repair industry attend their first  Annual Service Training Institute (ASTI)  to learn many proven United Appliance Servicers Association  (UASA ) service strategies to ensure they are profitable in their businesses. Having experienced the value of attending an ASTI, they return annually to gain more knowledge, which helps protect their business confidence.
