PMDGroup.ca is owned and operated by Paul MacDonald. A seasoned consulting professional, Paul founded the Factory Appliance Service in Toronto, Canada, in 1983. He started his independent service business with just one technician and gradually expanded to 38 technicians and 75 employees at the height of his career.
