Enough Talk Already, OWN IT!

BrandSource set a lofty goal in 2020 for all service dealer members to become profitable in service within three years. The pandemic sure threw a wrench into this goal, but it is possible if the servicing members want it. “Own It,” the theme for Summit in March, could not be more relevant in achieving this goal. It’s time to walk the talk and make some changes on how we go to market in the service offerings of these businesses. Operate your service business as a profit center and not a cost of doing business, and we can achieve the Brand Source goal.
